1.Making Bookings
a. Who provides the tee-times?
All tee-times are uploaded to our booking engine by the golf courses in real-time. This enables all reservations made on our website to be confirmed immediately. Golf courses control the price and discounts to offer depending on availability.” width=”474″ height=”79″/>
b. What if I want to reserve more than 14 days in advance?
We have intentionally kept the reservation window to a maximum of 14 days. Based on our poll among a focused-group, we find that most golfers finalise their golf plans within a 2-week window. If we extend this window, there is a risk that some golfers may place many tentative reservations only to cancel them nearer the date. This could deprive genuine golfers from accessing the tee-times.
c. Do I need a confirmation from the golf course that my reservation is finalized?
No. All our tee-slots are uploaded from the golf courses based on real-time availability. There is no need to wait for any email or fax confirmation. Once you click on ‘Reserve’, you will immediately receive a confirmation for your reservation.
d. How can I reserve a slot for night golf?
For golf courses that offer night golf, you can find the slots under PM session.
e. What if I want to reserve 2 flights or more?
We currently do not facilitate reservation of consecutive slots in a single reservation. You will need to complete the first reservation before proceeding with the second, which may not offer consecutive slot. There are plans to offer this feature in our subsequent release. ” width=”474″ height=”93″/>
f. How do I know if the green fees you show are the lowest?
We offer a Best Price Guarantee’ for all reservations made on our websites. In fact, most courses offer us, not just the same, but a lower price over all channels, including direct reservations with the golf club. So if you find a lower rate for a similar tee-time from any other channel within 24 hours from seeing it on our websites, we will honor the lower rate and give you a further reduction of 10%.
g. Why is the price shown on the reservation page higher than that display in the matrix?
For ease of comparison, the matrix shows the lowest green fee available for the day and time session. The tee-time with this lowest green fee is offered to you by default on the reservation page. However, if you select an alternate tee-time, the price could vary depending on demand.
h. Why can’t I find the exact tee-time I want?
We have intentionally displayed tee-times on half-hourly intervals. Based on our poll among a focused-group, we find that most golfers do not have an exact tee-time in mind, e.g. they do not mind playing at 8.07 if 8.15 is not available. But it does matter to most if the tee-times are more than an hour apart. By offering selected tee-times that matter most to golfers, we aimed to avoid information overload and prevented the need to scroll over multiple pages to find an exact tee-time.
i. When do I make payment?
You pay in accordance to the amount shown on the confirmation page only when you arrive at the golf course.
j. If I don’t pay upon reservation, why do I need to provide my credit card details?
We need your bank details to confirm your online golf reservations. The amount shown will not be debited to your card until you check-in at the golf club on your planned day of play. Our reservation system is completely secure, which means that you can send us your details in complete confidence. Please go to the security section of the FAQ to find out more. In the event that you do not show up at the golf club, the golf club may levy a cancellation fee on your credit card. This is specified on the Golf Club’s Rules and Regulations. To complete your reservation, you need to indicate your agreement to the Golf Club’s Rules and Regulations.
k. I do not have a credit card. How can I reserve a tee-time?
You will not be able to do so on our websites if you do not have a credit card. Perhaps, one of your other golf-mates who has a credit card can make the reservation on your behalf.
l. How can I cancel or change a reservation?
When your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation for your records together with your userid and default password. You may use the userid and default password to cancel your reservation by clicking on MyGame. However, you will not be able to change your reserved tee-time. You will need to cancel your existing reservation and make a new one
m. How can I change the golfers’ names?
You may click on MyGame to edit the golfers’ names.
n. If something happens and I cannot use my reservations, how long have I got to cancel it?
If you cannot take up the reservation, you will need to cancel it through our website before the cancellation fee is applicable. Cancellation fee may apply if your reservation is cancelled after a specified deadline, depending on the Golf Club’s Rules and Regulations. Kindly read the Golf Club’s Rules and Regulations carefully before making your reservation.
o. What if it rains on the day I was supposed to play?
Golf is a game that can be played – rain or shine. However, if there is lightning hazard, the course may be closed until the conditions are conducive for play. If that happens and the inclement weather does not improve, some golf course may issue rain-check for future use. Please check with the golf course before you make payment.
p. What if I fall sick on the day I was supposed to play?
By confirming your booking, the golf course has committed to providing you with your desired tee-time regardless of any future demand. Similarly, we expect you to also honor the booking or risk paying the cancellation fee for depriving the golf course of reselling the tee-time. ” width=”474″ height=”74″/>

a. How can I be assured that my credit card information will not be misused?
Our Internet site uses the SSL encryption protocol to guarantee secure transactions and complete confidentiality. Your bank details and all the information you enter on the various forms are automatically encrypted when your data is transferred over the network.
The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system automatically encrypts your data before it is transmitted over the network, and it can only be decrypted using a unique key once it has arrived on our server.
Developed by Netscape, SSL is the most widely used and successful secure transaction solution. As part of our commitment to offering you the best performance at all times, we will continue to monitor and analyse future security systems, which will be implemented as they are developed.
To use this system, all you have to do is to make sure that your browser is compatible (generally, version 3 or better). b. Why do I need a userid and password?
For now, they allow you to edit or cancel your reservations.
c. I forgot my userid and password. What should I do?

3. Trouble-shooting
a. I don’t see anything on the page. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page.
b. I’ve filled up my personal and credit card details. Why is there no confirmation?
Please check the data you have entered and make sure you have checked the boxes indicating you have read the website terms and club rules and regulations. .
